Anchor Caddie Return Policy

All Anchor Caddie branded products come with a lifetime warranty and will be fixed or replaced if defective!

If you are unhappy with your purchase when you receive it for any reason, you can return it for a full refund within 5 days of receiving your purchase, less shipping. After 5 days, we will impose a 20% restocking fee.

Sorry, no returns after 30 days.

If your order received free shipping, we will deduct the actual amount that we paid out of pocket to get your order to you when we refund your order. This also applies to partial order returns if the return would have resulted in the order being less than $300.00.

Product must be returned in new and un-used condition for a full refund, less the cost of shipping your original order to you and you shipping the order back to us.

If your return is not in new or un-used condition or otherwise damaged in any way, we will assess what we can get for that unit for clearance pricing and refund that amount in addition to the 20% restocking fee if shipped back to us after the 5 days.. 

We want to make sure you are happy with your Anchor Caddie purchase and if you want to return it and your purchase falls outside of our return policy, give us a call and we will work with you as best we can.

Please note: When returning a product, please have a signature required! We cannot issue a refund without us having signed that it has been received.

For general credit card purchases, the refund is typically credited to your account within a few days. PayPal purchases typically takes 1-2 weeks to be credited to your PayPal account.
