Orders over $299 Ship FREE to anywhere in the Continental U.S.

For orders under $299 and customers outside the continental U.S., shipping rate will be calculated at checkout based on weight and location during your checkout process. You will be able to confirm your order after your shipping costs are calculated.
With the growing rate of Porch Pirates these days, you may want to have a signature required for your order. If so, please put that in the notes of your order or contact us as soon as possible after you place your order to have us select that option when shipping. Unfortunately, there is no way for you to automatically choose that option at checkout.
We ship from the US and currently ship to most countries, but if you are trying to checkout and you do not have shipping options for your country outside the US, contact us and we can open up shipping for your country.
For all international shipments, ALL orders will require a signature for delivery.
All orders received by 4PM PST on any business day, will typically ship no later than the following business day. During our peak season, it may take an additional day to get your order out, but rest assured, we will get your order out the door as fast as possible.
If we are shipping to a PO Box, please note, UPS and FedEx will not ship to a PO box, you must choose US Postal Service. If you choose UPS or FedEx, we will automatically change method to ship via US Postal Service if possible. If not possible, we will contact you with shipping options.
All U.S. customers that take advantage of our free shipping, the orders will be shipped in the most economical manner, but rest assured, we will get your order out of our doors quickly as stated above.
Once your order has been prepared for shipment, you will receive an email from us letting you know it is on its way, that includes tracking information if you have included a valid email address.
Once your order has been delivered, you will receive and email that lets you know. If your tracking email lets you know that your order has been delivered, but you have not received it, contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information. We unfortunately cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Often times for international orders, you may receive a notification that your order has been delivered, but you don't have it yet. This may mean that it has arrived in your country and the US Postal Service has handed it off to your country's shipping service and the US Postal Service considers it delivered.
